Shrimp Stir Fry (Saving Time)

The beautiful thing about stir fry is how easy it is to throw together. Vegetables, a protein, and the spicy sauce. I made this for lunch/dinner using the spicy sauce. It took maybe 15 minutes for me to get the vegetables chopped up and everything cooked. Quick to throw together and I was able to quickly go back to procrastinating.

I'm so excited to see this - I've been trying to figure out a good stir fry sauce for some frozen shrimp I want to use. (I also have a plethora of perfect veggies, so I think I know what dinner will be tomorrow).

Jen: The great thing about this recipe is that most of these ingredients are already in most fridges. I rarely to never use ketchup, but I had some.

Ricardo: Thanks! I try to work on my presentation. I wish my pictures were alot clearer tho. All I use is a point and shoot and bad natural lighting.

Maggie: It's definitely delicious. I always get sad at the end of the meal. It's all gone. :P
